Program Manager 2 – Office.com  

  • Lead product manager for a new unreleased productivity app part of Microsoft 365. Running a team of 6 engineers and 1 designer through multiple iterations and user studies to ship a beta experience (internal only metrics not available)
  • Shipped a set of experiments on Office.com resulting in a 20% increase in cloud files created, and more file types used
  • Led a cross functional group across 3 teams to deliver a single sign-on hub experience for students and teachers using Azure Identity. Led to a 15% increase in retention and deeper user engagement on the page
  • Led the team’s data efforts by building insights dashboards used on a daily basis, identifying new metrics to track with the data science team and ensured the product met data privacy requirements
  • Coordinated with 3 stakeholder engineering teams to generate requirements for new Microsoft services that would be available to third party developers
  • Delivered a mobile redesign of Office.com helping users access and share files on the go. Led to a 5% increase in files shared

Program Manager 1 – Office 365 suite

  • Led a team of engineers and designers to ship a navigation tool that increased the usage of Office 365 apps by 25% while reducing the time for users to find what they were looking for by 30%
  • Drove the adoption of Edge promotions in Office resulting in a 45% increase in likelihood of a user switching to Edge

Intern – Windows Developer platform 

  • Developed a prototype for the Windows Bridge for Android to streamline Windows app submissions for hundreds of developers
